36 Week Programme

  • Session 1 involves initial fitness assessment for the individual & group.
  • Session 8 revisits testing to compare results and judge performance.
    Also allows amendments to sessions should training outcomes plateau.
  • Session 16 is another assessment session once again testing fitness levels but also individual body measurements and weight.
  • Session 25 is all about motivation and requires each training member to apply what they have learnt over the program and lead their team in an exercise activity, explaining why they have chosen it and the benefits to the individual.
  • Session 30 is a gruelling road run through the Domain and Mrs Macquarie’s Chair.
    Each training member is to lead the group with an alternate swap of the lead. This session is not intended as a race but a test of group encouragement.
  • Session 36 is once again a final fitness assessment but also a review of the program with a Q&A to all members over what they have learnt throughout the process and how they may continue their journey unassisted by the staff at Fire Up.

‘Energy in, energy out’ : at Fire Up, we put our money where our beliefs are regarding good nutrition. Our programme partner, Taste, brings you a well balanced, fresh and delicious lunch or breakfast as part of our Corporate Fitness sessions.

This unique service helps us to provide education about eating right to live right, as well as
another opportunity for team building in a healthy, energising environment. After all, the sharing
of food has long been acknowledged as one of the great social and bonding experiences.

The Fire Up “Food Factor” is soundly based on the fact that diet accounts for 80% of any weight-loss programme. It will make a long-term difference because it is literally experienced and seen as an essential part of good health and fitness.
